Terms of use
Short version: this is a free tool. You fill out your own Form 7004, and you're responsible for filing it.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
The service
Form7004.org is a free website that helps you fill out IRS Form 7004 in your browser, download it, and find the right IRS mailing address. It also publishes guides about Form 7004 and the returns it extends.
The site is operated by 360 DEV LLC. In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean 360 DEV LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
We are not the IRS, not a government agency, and not affiliated with either.
Free, with no account
Filling out, downloading and printing Form 7004 here is free. There is no account and no sign-up.
Not tax, legal or accounting advice
Nothing on this site is tax, legal or accounting advice. Using the site does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind. Our guides explain IRS rules in plain language and link the IRS sources. The IRS forms and instructions control. If your situation is complicated, talk to a tax professional.
You're responsible for your filing
You are responsible for the accuracy and timely filing of your form. We do not file anything for you on the free path. That means:
- The information you enter is accurate and complete, and you're allowed to file for the business or entity.
- You print the form, mail it to the IRS, and make sure it's postmarked by the due date.
- You verify the mailing address against the current IRS instructions before you mail it.
- You pay any tax you owe by the original due date. An extension to file is not an extension to pay.
E-filing through our partner
If you choose to e-file, you'll go to our partner TaxExtension.com. We may receive compensation from that partner.
TaxExtension.com is operated by InterSearch Tax Solutions, a separate company. Its own terms, privacy policy and prices apply to anything you do there. We don't control its service and aren't responsible for it.
Provided as is
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep the forms, dates and addresses current, but IRS rules change and mistakes can happen. We don't promise the site will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any penalties, interest, rejected or late filings, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from using the site or relying on its content. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Content, IRS forms and images
The site's text and design belong to 360 DEV LLC. IRS forms and instructions are public documents. Images are from Pexels and used under the Pexels license.
Links to other sites
We link to IRS.gov and other sites for sources and services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the current version.
