What we do
We help partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates and the people who file for them get Form 7004 right. Fill it out here in plain English, download the IRS PDF already filled in, and get the exact mailing address for your return and state. Our guides cover Form 7004 and the returns it extends, and nothing else.

Form7004.org is an independent site. We're not the IRS and not affiliated with any government agency. The company that operates the site is named in our terms of use.
How it's free
The fill-and-print tool is free, with no account. If you're short on time, you can e-file through our partner, TaxExtension.com, which charges for it. If you choose to e-file, you'll go to our partner TaxExtension.com. We may receive compensation from that partner.
How we keep it accurate
Every rule, date and address comes from an IRS form, its instructions or IRS.gov, and we link the source on the page. Each guide shows when we last reviewed it. Every January we check for a new Form 7004 revision and recheck the form codes, mailing addresses and deadlines.
